Difference in the Workplace

        Because the workplace is often a cooperative center, most of us will have to deal with working with people who are vastly different than us. In their values, their work ethic, their behaviour, and their cultural norms. 

        These differences can be difficult to overcome but with proper communication, acceptance, and boundaries, these tensions can be overcome in any workplace.
